Concerned about something in our classes or clubs?
Speak to the club instructor wherever possible.
Your first step should always be to speak to the club's instructor. Issues are best handled by the instructor and all our instructors are happy to speak to you about any concerns you may have.
If you feel you cannot speak to the instructor
If you have a serious concern that you feel you cannot speak to the instructor about you can call the TTA’s Child Welfare Officer for England: Dr. Chantal Lew Kum Hoi 07980 260 656. DO NOT call this number for enquiries about lessons or anything else to do with the club as Dr Lew will not be able to assist you.
