Training challenges 2020
Due to the restrictions to tackle Covid-19 all our clubs have had to stop our regular training together.
This has not stopped our training, however. All the London clubs have been running classes online, and many of our members have been taking part each week.
Alongside this, the Southwark club has been setting weekly challenges for all its members, focussing on different elements of training. One of these challenges was to 'set your own training plan'. Members set their plan at the start of the week and then had to stick to it.
